Iron & Iron Events

Oct. 22-24 (11:00am Friday - 10:00am Sunday)
Mt. Lemmon - Mt. Bigelow Rd. (right past mile marker 20)

The men of Second Mile spend a weekend in the woods connecting with each other and God.

A weekend of sleeping in tents, hiking, cornholing, slingshot-ing, arrow shooting, wood chopping, knife throwing (yes, knives!), campfire-cooking, flag capturing (if we take it a little easy and have no ER visits!), plus great conversation with other men and the freedom to go off and spend some alone time with God in the great outdoors.

This is a time for men to do three very important things:

1. Get away from work and school for a few days and just relax in God's creation.
2. Intentionally spend quality time with other men by goofing off (as only guys can) and having solid conversations with other guys.
3. Spending some quality time with God.

*Some guys will be heading up the mountain at 11am on Friday. Others will come up after they get off work or school that afternoon/early evening. We try our best to carpool up the mountain so that we don't have 40 cars all over the place. When we decide on a meeting place, we'll post that here and spread that info around.
